Meeting Rooms

Spirit Lake Public Library offers two types of reservable spaces for public use.

Proctor Room:

For individuals or small groups up to six (6), the library has a smaller room available for study or quiet use.  Reservations for the proctor room are available up to two (2) weeks in advance for an initial period of four (4) hours. Additional time may be added if no other requests have been made.

 

Community Room:

For groups needing a public meeting space, the library offers a large room with 8 tables plus chairs. Reservations are accepted up to three (3) months in advance and groups are limited to four (4) reservations per calendar month.

Application

 

General guidelines for use of library spaces include

Bathroom doors are propped open & lights are off

  • No commercial or sales use
  • No private parties
  • Rooms are only available during regular library hours
  • Permission to use the library meeting spaces does not constitute library endorsement
  •
